KERAK TELOR

Kerak Telor- is a native food Jakarta (Betawi). The food was probably named after a slightly charred apparently is said to have existed when Jakarta was called Batavia. It was at Batavia there are many coconut trees are mostly used by people for various purposes. One of them is to scrape the flesh and mix it with sticky rice, chicken eggs and some seasoning and then cooked in such a way that the confectionary called egg crust.But along with the times, food is always served first at a time of great celebration began Betawi people marginalized by western-style fast food and foods that come from other areas. Kerak telor in the region can only be found in a few places, such as tourist attraction Setu Babakan, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta; Srengseng Forest City, West Jakarta; Pekan Raya Jakarta, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, and several other places in East Jakarta, Jakarta north, and the area around the border of Jakarta and Bogor (Citayam, Olean).
Ironically, kerak telor maker also has not dominated by native Betawi people, but people who come from the Sunda Bogor, Garut and Bandung. This is seen when there is Pekan Raya Jakarta or who are now renamed Jakarta Fair is held once a year. My Thursday

My Activities on Thursday

On Thursday, I attended a Seminar of Edu Show at Bumiwiyata Hotel which was attended by Indonesian Trade Minister who is Gita Wirjawan. The seminar discussed about the Indonesian Economy which is currenly experiencung rapid progress, especially in suporting the e-commerce makes it easier on the Indonesian economy run and performed by all the community. But there are still many things to be more advanced and continue to innovate. Of this seminar I got a lot of inspiration to be a great and tne quality young womanin order to advance the nation’s economy, especially in Indonesia.

After attending the seminar, I went to college as usual. On Thursday we was followed accounting class, we do work that was ordered by our faculty. After I finnished doing the accounting tasks and then I immediately went to my rental house with other friends.

At night, I rested and also re-doing the courswork. I typed and strore it in a file that i gave the name of ‘duty’. The day was very tiring and I immediately decided to sleep.

When the first semester that just 2 weeks ago, I had the opportunity to linger at home who during these lectures every day just on campus and home to kostan. Home activities that I do is eat, sleep, cook and clean clean house, sometimes younger for homework help or just keep playing.
On the sidelines of a boring holiday I fill it with a grand cultural carnival celebration following the Chinese ethnic usually celebrated two weeks after the Chinese New Year or commonly referred to as the celebration cap go meh. Incidentally, I was the girl chinese descent so I often attend these celebrations, the celebration of the people tionghoa.
In the event that my cap go meh is memeriahkannya participants who took part, helped me by playing liong meramaikannya (dragon) Barongsay friends. I followed the cap go meh cianjur and bandung, very festive celebrations and make a happy heart. All became red and cheerful, giving a new spirit and pray that the year 2013 has become more and more blessings.

Papa buat saya adalah sosok pria yang sempurna, saya tidak perduli dengan kekurangan ataupun prilaku buruknya. Yang saya tau papa adalah papa yang bertanggung jawab dengan keluarganya. Papa selalu berusaha memenuhi apa yang anak istrinya butuhkan meski kadang tidak semuanya tercukupi dengan sempurna, tapi papa punya usaha keras untuk buat itu semua terasa cukup. Papa itu orang yang paling tidak punya sakit hati, karena sebagaimanapun orng tidak pernah adil kepadanya papa selalu sediakan pertolingannya kepada mereka mereka itu. Itu sifat papa yang ingin sekali saya punyai. Papa terkesan cuek dengan lingkungannya, tapi sya tau papa itu sangat peduli namun dia tidak menunjukannya dengan perhatian ataupun langsung. Biarpun papa gak sehebat papa papa kalian tapi buat sya papa saya paling hebat. Saya sayang sekali papa saya. Papa selau punya lelucon yang orang gak bisa lakukan itu. Saya akan bahaguiakan papa saya, sya akan buat papa saya bangga punya anak seperti saya. Saya gaka akan kecewakan papa saya. I love you so much papa :*
